For this major project I was head of a 6 person team. This was a brand new event created by YouTube which had it's own set of challenges being uncharted territory. Our work saw us develop a 3D animated universe in which all presentations would live. These elements seamlessly transitioned into the 2D speakers presentations. My position had me liasing between client, my team, and techincal production teams to ensure everything was running smoothly, and that the correct content was where it needed to be.
