I served as the production manager for multiple YouTube Channels at the company 'Slazo Media'. My responsibilities included overseeing creative staff across different countries and time zones, prioritizing videos, ensuring they were completed on time, and managing the uploading process and metadata for YouTube. Our goal was to showcase the incredible work of our creative team and reach our target audience with engaging content. Utilizing Monday.com to keep everything and everyone organized, extensive documents were written on detailed processes, and an improved naming convention for files and folders was introduced and maintained.
